At Chris Can Draw, I take great care to ensure that every item is high quality and well-packaged. However, if your order arrives damaged, I’m happy to offer a replacement or refund.

Returns & Refunds Eligibility

I only accept returns or refunds in the following case:

  • Your item arrives damaged.

How to Request a Return or Refund

If your order is damaged upon arrival, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact me at [your email or contact form link] within 7 days of receiving your order.
  2. Provide your order number and clear photos of the damaged item and packaging.
  3. I will assess your request and offer either a replacement or a full refund.

Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items

I do not accept returns or refunds for:

  • Change of mind or accidental orders.
  • Digital downloads.
  • Personalized/custom items.

Processing Time

If approved, refunds will be issued within 5-7 business days to your original payment method. Replacements will be shipped as soon as possible.
