Do you offer custom artwork?

Yes! I offer custom A4 prints that can be personalized with quotes or specific design requests. If you're interested in a fully customized piece, feel free to contact me directly through Shopify, and we can discuss your ideas.

What payment methods do you accept?

I accept a variety of payment methods, including credit/debit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, and other secure payment options available through Shopify.

Do you offer international shipping?

Yes, I ship internationally! Shipping costs and delivery times will vary depending on your location. You can check the shipping rates at checkout for more specific details.

Can I return or exchange an item?

For physical products, I do accept returns and exchanges in certain circumstances (e.g., if the item arrives damaged). For digital products, due to their nature, refunds and exchanges are not possible. Please contact me if you have any concerns, and I will do my best to resolve them.

How can I contact you?

You can reach me directly through my website contact form, or via email at chris@chriscandraw.shop. I aim to respond to all inquiries within 24-48 hours.

How can I track my order?

Once your order is processed and shipped, you'll receive an email with tracking information so you can follow your package's progress. Please note, as I am offering Free UK delivery some shipments may not have tracking.

Do you offer discounts or promotions?

Yes! I occasionally run promotions, discounts, or offer freebies as part of special events or giveaways. Be sure to sign up for my newsletter or follow me on social media to stay updated on any upcoming offers.

Can I cancel my order?

If you need to cancel an order, please reach out as soon as possible. Once an order is processed or shipped, cancellations may not be possible. For digital products, cancellations are not available once the file has been delivered.

Do you have a physical store?

At this time, my shop is exclusively online through Shopify. However, I do occasionally participate in local events or pop-up markets. Follow me on social media to find out where I’ll be next!

Are the Art Prints original designs?

Yes! All the art prints in my shop are original creations, hand-drawn or digitally crafted by me. Whether it's a minimalist design or a more detailed graphic, every piece reflects my unique artistic style.

What materials are used for physical prints?

All my physical prints are produced on high-quality paper, using premium inks to ensure vibrant colors and lasting durability. The specific paper type may vary depending on the print, but it will always be of professional-grade quality.

How are the prints packaged and shipped?

Each art print is carefully packaged to ensure it arrives in perfect condition. I use sturdy, eco-friendly packaging and ship prints flat or rolled (depending on the size) to prevent any damage during transit.

Can I customise an art print?

Yes, I offer custom A4 prints, where you can personalize the design with a quote or select between a simple or detailed graphic. If you're looking for something unique, feel free to reach out through Shopify to discuss customizations!

Are art prints refundable?

Due to the nature of art prints being custom-made and limited in quantity, I do not offer refunds unless the item arrives damaged or there is an issue with your order. Please contact me if you have any concerns, and I’ll do my best to resolve them.

Do you offer framing options?

At this time, I do not offer framed prints. However, my prints are designed to fit standard frame sizes, making it easy for you to choose a frame that complements your space.

What sizes do the prints come in?

I offer prints in various sizes, including standard A4, A3, and custom dimensions. The product listing will specify the size options available for each print. If you're unsure about sizing, feel free to reach out for recommendations.

eGift Cards

How do gift cards work?

When you purchase a gift card from my shop, you'll receive it via email with a unique code. The recipient can use this code at checkout to redeem the value of the gift card. It can be applied to any item in the store, including physical and digital products.

Can gift cards be used more than once?

Yes! If the total value of the purchase is less than the gift card amount, the remaining balance can be used for future purchases. The balance will update automatically until the full value is spent.

Do gift cards expire?

No, gift cards purchased from my Shopify store do not expire. You can use them whenever you're ready, whether that’s right away or months later!

Can gift cards be refunded or replaced?

Unfortunately, gift cards are non-refundable. If you lose your gift card email, please contact me, and I’ll do my best to resend the gift card code.

How do I check my gift card balance?

To check the balance, simply enter the gift card code at checkout, and it will display the remaining balance. You can also contact me if you need help checking the balance.
